05/27/2025, 08:20The Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers has adopted the Regulation on Industrial Parks, a document that defines the requirements for the parks themselves, management companies and residents. This is a step towards the practical implementation of the Law on Technology Parks.
According to the resolution, land plots for industrial parks will be allocated to the management company in accordance with land legislation. The management company will also sign an investment agreement with the government in accordance with the Law on Investments in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Funding is provided for in the republican budget for both the current and subsequent years. The activities of industrial park residents will be regulated by agreements with the management company.
