In his speech, the head of the Ministry of Transport and Communications emphasised that the implementation of the Tamchi project is a very important strategic step for the country's economic future. The territory being created should become an international financial centre, a centre for attracting global capital, fintech and IT innovations, as well as a modern logistics hub connecting international trade and cargo flows.
Adylbek Kasymaliyev noted that the project is based on the best international practices of leading financial centres, adapted to the potential of the Issyk-Kul region. The main advantage of the region will be the creation of a transparent, stable and highly competitive environment for investors.

Summing up the opening ceremony, Adylbek Kasymaliyev highlighted the country's macroeconomic successes, noting that the launch of Tamchi is taking place against a backdrop of record growth rates.

Today, our country's economy is demonstrating high growth rates: GDP growth in 2025 was 11.1%, and average real growth over the last four years reached 10.2%.
