Requirements and Procedures for Receiving the "Balağa Súyünchü" Child Birth Benefit

Balaga suyunchu is a one-time state payment for the birth of each child. The procedure for its allocation is approved by Government Decree No. 433 of 24 August 2020. An application may be submitted by one of the parents, as well as a guardian, adoptive parent or other authorised person, provided that supporting documents are available. In some cases, additional documents are required, including for foreign citizens. If the established conditions are not met, the payment will not be granted.

The deadline for submitting an application is determined by the current regulations. Funds are transferred within the time limits provided for by law.

Payments are made through OJSC ‘Ayil Bank’. You can register for the payment via the ABank mobile app: in the ‘Services’ section, select ‘Balaga Suyunchu Payment’, open a KGS account if necessary, specify the account for the payment and confirm the transaction. After that, the funds will be transferred to the selected account and will be displayed in the payment history.
