Previously, obtaining permits for the transportation of oversized and heavy cargo took up to three days, required personal presence, and involved numerous paper approvals.
Now everything can be done online via the Tündük platform around the clock, and the time has been reduced to one hour — a maximum of three in complex cases. This has reduced bureaucracy, cut business costs, and made the country more attractive to investors.
The process of obtaining a medical certificate form “083” for a driver's license has also been simplified. Previously, it was necessary to visit several doctors and spend up to a week on paperwork. Now the entire process is done online, takes no more than two days, and requires only one visit to a medical facility. The certificate is automatically sent to the relevant authorities, and the citizen receives a notification by phone — convenient and fast.
Both reforms were launched on March 3, 2025, on the initiative of the Cabinet of Ministers and are already showing results.
"The implementation of these reforms is a clear demonstration of a new culture of governance, the digital transformation of public services, and attention to the needs of citizens and businesses. It shows how the coordinated work of these agencies within a single framework can deliver results in a short period of time. Efficiency, quality, effectiveness, and new approaches are becoming a solid foundation on which we can move forward," emphasized Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliyev.
