06/12/2025, 10:22The building previously used as Kerben Palace hotel, located in the center of Talas city, was transferred to the state. The total area of the facility together with the adjacent land plot is 0.52 hectares.
According to the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic, the return of the object was the result of ongoing work to identify illegally privatized real estate. During the investigative inspection it was found that the resolution of the Talas City Hall on the transfer of the land plot into private ownership was issued with violations of the law.
By the decision of Talas Regional Administrative Court this document was recognized as invalid. Representatives of the hotel recognized the violations and applied to the Talas branch of the state institution “Cadastre” for voluntary transfer of the object into state ownership.
The administrative building was officially transferred to the balance of the Talas City Hall.
