10/31/2025, 13:37At an extraordinary general meeting of Kyrgyzaltyn shareholders on 13 October, a decision was made to transfer the land plot of the park and beach area of the Kyrgyzskoe Vzmorye sanatorium.
According to the minutes, the shareholders unanimously approved the transfer of the land plot located in the park and beach area of the Kyrgyzskoe Vzmorye sanatorium to the Issyk-Kul District State Administration.
The company's management bodies have been instructed to carry out all the necessary legal and organisational procedures provided for by the legislation of the republic to complete the transfer process.
