The agreement was signed on April 29 in Bishkek as part of the COM•E ON Forum. The document provides for joint educational programs, events for entrepreneurs, and projects aimed at improving the export readiness of small and medium-sized businesses.
One of the practical steps will be the launch of a special “Made in Kyrgyzstan” section on the Ozon platform, where goods from domestic manufacturers verified through “Kyrgyz Export” will be featured.
According to the parties’ plan, this should help Kyrgyz companies increase the visibility of their products in foreign markets and use the marketplace as an additional export channel.
The signing of the memorandum took place against the backdrop of a discussion on the development of e-commerce in Kyrgyzstan, the role of marketplaces in promoting exports, and government support measures. Representatives from the Ministry of Economy and the State Tax Service also participated in the discussion.
According to the company, Ozon’s turnover in Kyrgyzstan in 2025 grew 1.5 times compared to the previous year. The company is also developing its logistics infrastructure in the country, including a sorting center in Bishkek and a network of order pickup points.
