The possibility of attracting US$101.5 million is being considered, of which US$100 million will come from the DPO (Development Policy Operation) mechanism. The funds are expected to be allocated to key areas: maintaining macroeconomic stability, developing the private sector, strengthening public administration and social inclusion.
The Kyrgyz side expressed its gratitude to the World Bank for its continued support, noting that the programme will be an important element in promoting state reforms. World Bank representatives, in turn, welcomed Kyrgyzstan's progress and confirmed their readiness to continue cooperation.
The parties expect the programme to stimulate fiscal sustainability, digitalisation of the economy and creation of conditions for long-term, inclusive growth. Decisions based on the outcome of the negotiations may be finalised in the coming months.
