03/26/2025, 14:45A meeting with representatives of the business community was held in the office of Senti Company, which was attended by Myktybek Abirov, Vice President of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange. He spoke about the listing procedure on the stock exchange and opportunities to enter the capital market.
Abirov noted that the first step for an issuer is to submit an application and provide documents on its activities. After that, the Exchange prepares a listing opinion, which is reviewed by the Listing Committee. An important emphasis was on explaining the benefits of issuing securities as a way to raise capital and improve the financial stability of businesses.
Kyrgyz Stock Exchange is actively working to spread the culture of investing in Kyrgyzstan, co-operating with businesses and the media to improve financial literacy and attract more companies to participate in the stock market.
