08/16/2026, 17:14The volume of Kyrgyzstan’s trade with EAEU countries in January–June 2026 amounted to $3 billion. Compared with the same period last year, the figure fell by 0.1%. At the same time, Kyrgyzstan’s exports to the union’s member states fell by 5.3 per cent, whilst imports rose by 1.1 per cent.
Russia and Kazakhstan remain Kyrgyzstan’s main trading partners within the EAEU. Russia accounted for 67.1 per cent of bilateral trade, and Kazakhstan for 30.6 per cent.
Overall, Kyrgyzstan’s external and mutual trade in goods for January–June 2026 totalled $7.9 billion. Compared with January–June 2025, the volume of trade increased by 1.4 per cent.
