The meeting between the Kyrgyz Ministry of Finance and the ADB took place in Samarkand as part of the bank’s 59th Annual Meeting, held from 2 to 6 May. The parties discussed the current state of cooperation and the further expansion of joint projects aimed at the country’s economic development.

The main focus was on macroeconomic stability, the promotion of reforms and digitalisation, which are supported through budgetary assistance, investment initiatives and the signed framework agreement.
