Kyrgyz nationals will be able to stay in Thailand for up to 30 days without a visa

From 15 September 2026, citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic may enter Thailand visa-free on the basis of a valid ordinary passport and stay in the country for up to 30 days.

The new arrangement has been introduced in accordance with Thailand’s revised visa exemption rules.

Under the new rules, citizens of Kyrgyzstan may visit Thailand without obtaining a visa in advance for tourist and other short-term trips.

The introduction of the visa-free regime creates new opportunities for the development of tourism links between Kyrgyzstan and Thailand, an increase in mutual travel between citizens of the two countries, and the expansion of cooperation in the field of tourism.
