According to HeadHunter, the rise in jobseeker activity may be linked to a seasonal upturn in the labour market and increased competition for jobs.
Bishkek continues to account for the largest share of CVs – 88.6 per cent – although the highest growth rates were recorded in Kant (up 130.6 per cent), Sokuluk (up 196.5 per cent) and Belovodskoye (up 161.9 per cent). In Bishkek, the number of CVs increased by 41.3%.
Growth was also noted in Osh (by 52.6%), Jalal-Abad (by 68.7%), Kara-Balta (by 72.6%), Karakol (by 38.1%), Tokmok (by 31.4 per cent), Cholpon-Ata (by 138.7 per cent) and Naryn (by 30.9 per cent).
Analysts attribute the rise in the number of CVs to the recovery of the labour market and more active job-seeking on the part of applicants.
