12/18/2025, 09:49Kyrgyz Telecom has signed an agreement with Ayil Bank to sell part of a building located on Chui Avenue. The company submitted this information to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, where its shares are listed.
The deal was finalized following a tender held on September 30.
The main agreement between the parties was signed on November 28, and on December 1, a supplementary agreement was drawn up specifying the terms of the transaction.
The transaction concerns the transfer of rights to real estate for a period of more than one year and is disclosed in accordance with the requirements of the law.
