Ulan has announced a selection process for an auditing firm for 2026

Ulan, a company operating in the machinery and instrument manufacturing sector, has placed the approval of an auditing firm for 2026 on the agenda of its annual general meeting of shareholders. The selection of an auditor is included in the agenda for the meeting scheduled for May 15.

According to the disclosed information, shareholders will review the independent auditor’s report on the results of the 2025 audit and separately approve the audit firm for 2026 and the auditor’s fee.

At the same time, the company announced a selection process for an audit firm. Qualification requirements have been set for candidates, namely, experience in auditing financial statements in accordance with IFRS for at least 10 organizations over the past three years and having at least two auditors on staff.

In addition to approving the financial statements and budget, shareholders will consider the re-election of the board of directors and the internal auditor, amendments to the articles of association, and the independent auditor’s report for the past year.
