08/14/2025, 18:22Today, August 14, Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration Ravshanbek Sabirov held a meeting with the Chairman of the Committees in the Governmental Structures of the Republic of Korea, John Yengil.
During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation in the labor market, expanding employment opportunities and job placement for Kyrgyz citizens in Korea. Particular attention was paid to improving the qualifications of migrant workers, improving working conditions and ensuring the rights of Kyrgyz citizens working abroad.
Minister Ravshanbek Sabirov emphasized the importance of strategic partnership with Korea, noting that Korean experience and programs could make a significant contribution to the development of human resources in Kyrgyzstan.
John Yungil, in turn, expressed his readiness to deepen cooperation and exchange experience in the field of labor migration, as well as to support joint projects aimed at increasing employment and improving the qualifications of specialists.
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue constructive dialogue, expand labor mobility, and create new jobs for Kyrgyz citizens.
