01/28/2025, 10:44The health and recreation centre in the city of Tokmok with a land plot of 1.05 hectares was returned to the balance of the state. This is reported by the SCNS.
It was established that in 1995 the facility was privatised in violation of the legislation in force at that time. The head of the institution E.U. transferred the preventive centre into the private ownership of his son, having drawn up a fictitious contract. This happened without the approval of the State Property Fund, which contradicted the ‘Programme for the Use of Social Infrastructure Objects of the Kyrgyz Republic’. According to the programme, 59% of shares of such objects should remain in state ownership.
Thanks to the measures taken, the object was transferred to the balance of the municipality of Tokmok City Hall for further use for its intended purpose. The SCNB KR continues to take measures to return illegally privatised state property.
