Leasing Express Finance received a gift of 20% of the shares in Kikshiring Central Asia

Leasing Express Finance LLC acquired 20% of the shares in Kikshering Central Asia OJSC free of charge, i.e. effectively as a gift.

According to data from the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, the stake was transferred on 9 October, without specifying the amount of the transaction or the counter-obligations of the parties.

Interestingly, both companies are linked through the same founder, entrepreneur Sergey Shevtsov. According to registration data, he is the sole founder of Kikshiring Central Asia and co-founder of Leasing Express Finance together with Andrey Stepanuk.

We would like to add that Kikshiring Central Asia, registered in March 2024, is engaged in the rental of leisure and sports equipment and is based in Bishkek. Leasing Express Finance, established in 2019, specialises in financial leasing and is also located in the capital. Both companies have foreign capital, according to information from the Ministry of Justice — Russian.
