02/13/2026, 08:14Ayil Bank has announced changes in the composition of its executive body. Information about this has been posted on the website of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, where the bank's shares are listed.
According to official information, the changes have taken place in the bank's management board. The powers of managing director and board member Marlis Usenov have been terminated.
However, no new appointments to the board were made at the time of Marlis Usenov's departure. The decision on the changes was made by the board of directors of Ayil Bank on February 12.
The reasons for the personnel changes are not specified in the issuer's announcement.
