As reported by First Deputy Mayor Mirlanbek Baigonchokov at a meeting of the municipal council, 60,472 citizens received targeted assistance in the field of social protection in the amount of 184.6 million KGS. For comparison, in 2024, 58,805 people received support in the amount of 174.5 million KGS.
During the year, 130 social contracts were concluded with low-income families for 19.5 million KGS. Digital “social passports” and the “single window” principle were introduced in the capital, which simplified the procedure for receiving assistance. A project to support women with children was also implemented in conjunction with the SOS Children's Villages Bishkek Foundation.
