02/13/2026, 14:10Kyrgyzstan plans to launch a new digital platform to support small and medium-sized businesses called “Business Tunduk.” This was announced by Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic Choro Seytov during a meeting with representatives of the financial sector organized by the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund.
According to him, the project envisages the creation of a unified platform with the integration of financial instruments and support services for entrepreneurs.
“We want to create a unified platform to support SMEs, including with significant financial resources. We will need the help and support of the banking sector,” he said.
The platform will be an extension of the existing Tunduk system, through which citizens receive government services. The new format will be focused exclusively on business.
“Today, we have Tunduk, where you can get government services and information. Now we want to create Business Tunduk, a platform solution on your phone that will allow you to open an individual business or limited liability company, register a business, get a loan, learn about support measures, and undergo training,” Seytov explained.
According to him, the development will draw on the best practices of digital banking ecosystems, including the Sberbank and Tinkoff models, where entrepreneurs can receive a range of services in a single application.
The deputy minister also announced plans to form a consortium with the participation of financial institutions. The platform should become a point of entry for businesses to banking products and government support measures.
“It will be a platform through which we will find clients for banks and financial organizations,” he emphasized.
The creation of Business Tunduk is included in the five-year work plan and is seen as an element of the digital transformation of the business support system and expanding SME access to financing.
