The mayor of Bishkek has ordered the installation of fences and QR codes on vacant land plots

Bishkek Mayor Aibek Junushaliyev has ordered that notices be issued to owners of undeveloped land plots requiring them to install fences in accordance with the design approved by the Bishkekglavarkhitektura State Agency. The measure applies to plots regardless of ownership.

According to the order, each plot must also have QR codes with information about the property, including data on the owner, lease terms, and other necessary information. In addition, there are plans to install information stands.

Junushaliyev also instructed owners to comply with city beautification rules, sanitary and fire safety standards. In particular, plots must be cleared of debris and dry vegetation.

The State Agency “Bishkekglavarkhitektura” has been instructed to develop a unified architectural style for fences as soon as possible.

The heads of administrative districts were instructed to work with the owners of economic entities and land plots, and the Municipal Property Management Department was instructed to conduct an inventory of undeveloped properties. In case of violations, the issue of early termination of lease agreements will be considered.

The Municipal Inspection Service has been instructed to assist city services and, if necessary, to take measures in accordance with the Code of Offenses.
