11/28/2025, 15:20The mayor of the capital, Aibek Junushaliyev, instructed the Land Use Control Department of the Bishkek City Hall to withdraw 29 claims related to land plots along Aitmatov Avenue.
The decision is aimed at settling issues out of court and establishing effective cooperation with land owners.
The mayor of the Leninsky district has been instructed to take the first step of providing citizens with alternative land plots of equal value. In case of refusal to consider issues of compensation payment according to the cadastral value in accordance with the current legislation of the republic.
The mayor's office will continue to work to ensure that all issues related to land use are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the republic.
