    The city administration conducted a raid in response to complaints from citizens via the “My City” app.

    The Land Use Control Department conducted a one-day raid based on complaints received through the My City app. As a result of the raid, specialists dismantled a number of illegal structures, freeing up municipal land in the Oktyabrsky district of the capital.

    During the raid, barriers and cables that had been placed on Karalaeva Street without permission were removed. In the seventh microdistrict, a pavilion was dismantled, and on Shabdana Batyr Street, 32, an illegally installed lightweight structure was demolished. On Gorky Street, a permanent fence was demolished during the construction of a sidewalk. Also, in the 11th microdistrict, near house 22, an abandoned structure was dismantled, and another structure was removed voluntarily by the owner after notification of the violation.

    In addition, chains restricting access to plots in microdistricts 6, 11, and 12 were dismantled. Work is currently underway to remove metal parking barriers approximately 150 meters long near house 35 in microdistrict 7.

    In addition, during the inspection, a violation was recorded on the part of Kyrgyz Kaganat LLC. A report was drawn up against the company under Article 149 of the Kyrgyz Republic Code of Offences for the unauthorised expansion of the boundaries of the land plot. The fine amounted to 100,000 KGS.

    The department reminds residents that complaints about the illegal use of municipal land can be submitted via the My City app. All complaints are reviewed, and any violations identified are addressed in accordance with established procedures.
