Ministry of Finance to issue government bonds worth 7.9 billion KGS

On 27 March 2026, the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic will hold auctions for the placement of government treasury bonds (GTBs) with maturities of 3 and 5 years. The total issue volume will amount to 7.9 billion KGS.

Under the terms, three-year bonds (issue GBB03290330) will be placed for 6.7 billion KGS with a coupon rate of 12.86%. The issue date is 30 March 2026, with maturity on 30 March 2029. Coupon payments are due twice a year – on 30 September and 30 March – until the maturity date.

Five-year bonds (issue GBA05310330) are being offered in the amount of 1.2 billion KGS with a coupon rate of 6%. The issue date is 30 March 2026, and the maturity date is 30 March 2031.

Auctions are conducted through the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, which acts as the placement agent.
