08/25/2025, 11:54The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic has initiated an internal evaluation of the quality of public and municipal services.
A working group has been established to review the operations of the Standardization and Metrology Center and the Kyrgyz Accreditation Center. Key objectives include identifying strengths and weaknesses in government agencies, enhancing the convenience and speed of services for citizens, increasing trust and transparency in public administration, providing opportunities for staff professional development, and optimizing resource utilization.
Citizen feedback is prioritized; individuals are encouraged to leave reviews or participate in surveys to improve service delivery. The ultimate aim is to develop an open, accessible, and high-quality system of public and municipal services that truly meets the needs of citizens.
