The Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic called on doctors working in Russia to return home

As part of a working trip to Russia, the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kanybek Dosmambetov, held a meeting with Kyrgyz doctors working in the Russian Federation.
The meeting took place at the Kyrgyz Embassy in Russia and brought together about 60 doctors—compatriots working in the healthcare sector in Moscow.

The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the return of Kyrgyz medical personnel to their homeland, as well as the creation of favorable conditions for their professional development in the Kyrgyz healthcare system.

During the dialogue, the minister informed the participants about current reforms in the industry, measures to modernize medical organizations, increase salaries, develop infrastructure, and improve working conditions for medical workers.

Particular attention was paid to issues of social support, professional growth, and ensuring decent conditions for young specialists.

During the meeting, the medical professionals shared their experiences of working abroad and raised suggestions and questions regarding employment, adaptation, and career prospects in Kyrgyzstan.

Following the meeting, a number of young specialists expressed their willingness to consider returning and continuing their professional activities in healthcare organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic.

"Today, the healthcare system of the Kyrgyz Republic needs qualified, motivated, and dedicated professionals. The state is interested in our doctors and medical workers returning to their homeland, developing professionally, and contributing to the health of the population. For its part, the ministry is ready to provide comprehensive support and create decent conditions for work and life", — emphasized Minister Kanybek Dosmambetov.
