02/09/2026, 13:30The Wildberries marketplace has introduced a new delivery format in Kyrgyzstan—the ability to order a courier from the order pickup point after the goods have arrived. Previously, the service was only available at the time of purchase, but now delivery can be requested separately via a special button in the personal account.
Once the order arrives at the pickup point, the user can access the courier call function. Delivery can be arranged with a single click without reordering the goods.
The service is currently available in Bishkek and can be accessed on the Wildberries website and mobile app. The courier delivers the order within two hours or at a selected time slot. The company has announced that it plans to launch the service in other regions of the country in the future.
Alexander Vorobyov, director of Wildberries in Kyrgyzstan, noted that the new format is aimed at simplifying the process of receiving orders for users.
