09/15/2025, 17:16A number of large shopping and entertainment centres and industrial facilities worth more than 10 billion soms have been transferred to the state balance sheet. This was reported by the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As part of investigative and operational activities based on pre-trial proceedings, the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic has uncovered evidence of the legalisation (laundering) of criminal proceeds through the use of fictitious financial documents submitted to state authorities, as well as violations of the country's current legislation by the owner of the multi-profile holding company Ayu, A. Sh. Sh.
Thus, it was established that in the activities of the holding Ayu holding company had been systematically providing fictitious financial reports to state authorities for a long time in order to evade mandatory tax, social and other payments, as well as to legalise illegal profits by registering part of its property to affiliated persons in order to give the appearance of legality to its economic activities.
As a result of the investigative and operational measures carried out, large shopping and entertainment centres, industrial bases and commercial premises worth more than 10 billion soms were transferred to the state from A. Sh. Sh.
