A plot of land has been returned to the balance sheet of the Naryn City Council

The State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic has returned to the state a plot of land measuring 1.1 hectares belonging to the former «Republican Association of Auto Maintenance».

It has been established that, according to the decision of the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Naryn City Council of Deputies and Workers dated 13 January 1972, this plot was transferred to the Republican Association ‘Auto Technical Service’ for the construction of a technical service station.

Then, in January 1992, in accordance with the resolution of the Board of the State Property Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic dated 12 February 1993, JSC KyrgyzAvtoservis was established on the basis of this enterprise with the following shareholding: State Property Fund – 25%; the workforce – 61%; management, including K.A.M. – 6.6%; H.F.H., A.T.S. and K.V.M. – 2% each.

In 2002, KyrgyzAvtoservis was transformed into ZAO MPP Dekar under the pretext of bankruptcy, with K.A.A., a member of the board, elected as president. In the same year, K.A.A., by issuing a power of attorney to citizen B.B. with the right to sign, through the latter, the territory of ZAO MPP Dekar was alienated to an employee of the said enterprise, I.A. As a result of these measures, the land plot of the former republican association Avtotehoservis, now MPP Dekar, was transferred to the balance sheet of the Naryn City Council.
