06/23/2025, 14:44A ceremony was held in the Naryn region to award certificates to participants in the state programme «Social Contract». Forty Kyrgyz citizens received certificates worth 150,000 soms.
This was made possible by an increase in support in 2025, which expands opportunities for sustainable business development in the regions.
«Over the past three years, 35,226 social contracts have been signed, 94% of which are with women from rural areas. The programme has created almost 43,000 jobs, improving the lives of more than 190,000 people across the country», — said Ravshanbek Sabirov, Minister of Labour, Social Security and Migration.
The minister emphasised that 566 business projects had been implemented in the Naryn district alone, 60% of which were related to livestock breeding (305 projects), with the remainder covering manufacturing (125), services (89) and trade. (47)
«From 2025, social assistance will be increased to 150,000 soms. I sincerely hope that each amount received will bring you an income of 1.5 million, contributing not only to the development of your business but also to the growth of the region's economy», — Sabirov added.
In 2025, the programme plans to support 13,333 families across the country. The Naryn district has been allocated 187 quotas.
