07/28/2025, 16:12On 28 July, transactions involving ordinary shares of OJSC MBank were conducted on the secondary market of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange. A total of 247,097 shares were sold for a total amount of 2,309,500 KGS.
The transactions were conducted at prices ranging from 7 to 10 KGS per share. A total of four transactions were recorded.
Given that the total number of shares issued by MBank is 2 billion 707.5 million (according to the KSE, where the issuer is listed in category B), the volume of securities sold on the secondary market does not exceed 0.01% of the total issue.
This indicates a high concentration of share capital. According to the bank itself, it has 2,240 shareholders, of whom 1,557 are individuals, with 97.9698% of shares belonging to a single shareholder.
