04/08/2026, 11:57A new company, Novy Vector LLC, has been added to the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan’s registry of payment system operators.
The license was issued on March 26, according to data from the regulator.
The company is registered in Bishkek, and Irina Zinchenko is listed as its director. This marks the 56th entrant into the country’s payment systems market.
The arrival of this new player confirms the continued growth of Kyrgyzstan’s fintech sector. Since the beginning of 2026, this is the third company to receive a payment system operator license. Previously, Montra LLC and Mai Soft LLC entered the market.
