09/26/2025, 08:40A meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Edil Baysalov was held at the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration. The main topic of the meeting was the discussion of the action plan for the implementation of the presidential decree on the National Development Programme until 2030.
The Deputy Prime Minister emphasised that this time the preparation of the plan differs from previous practice, when strategic documents were developed mainly by external experts. Baysalov noted that we will be living and working with this Programme for five years. Therefore, everything that was previously overlooked must be included in the plan and implemented.
In turn, Labour Minister Kylchbek Sagybaev, who recently took over the ministry, said the document needed to be more comprehensive and systematic.
The main focus of the meeting was on the need to support children in the first three years of life, restore housing stock at organisations that provide employment, and create dormitories for non-resident employees.
In addition, issues related to providing workers with special clothing and footwear at the expense of employers and the introduction of proactive solutions using artificial intelligence technologies were discussed.
Following the meeting, it was decided to include a number of additional initiatives in the draft to make the plan more comprehensive and attractive for practical implementation.
