02/18/2025, 12:28Tax agents may until 1 April 2025 to register in the information system ‘Electronic invoice’ information about goods that do not have primary accounting documents. This was reported in the State Tax Service.
When entering information into the system before the specified date, taxpayers are exempt from liability and penalties for such goods.
However, this exemption does not apply to the following categories:
alcohol, tobacco products, medicines, medical devices, precious metal jewellery;
petroleum and petroleum products (except for lubricating oils with HS codes 2710197100-2710199800);
goods in respect of which there are decisions of the tax service or court rulings.
