05/13/2025, 08:49Tomorrow, 13 May, the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan will auction short-term securities, known as notes, worth 10 million KGS. This was announced by the regulator's press service.
They will be valid for only one week, from 14 to 21 May.
The yield will depend on the National Bank's current discount rate. It is currently 13% per annum, but may change by the date of placement.
Notes are an instrument used by the regulator to regulate liquidity in the financial system. They are usually purchased by commercial banks and large investors as a way to temporarily invest funds with low risk and guaranteed returns.
