05/27/2025, 11:30The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has approved a number of key personnel appointments in the banking sector. The decisions were made on May 23, 2025.
Among the approved candidates are representatives of both the largest banks and medium-sized players in the industry.
Askar Sydykov has been approved as chairman of the Audit Committee of O!Bank, Dastan Dosumbetov has joined the board of directors of Tolubai Bank, and Azamat Maksytbekov has been appointed as an independent member of the board of directors and head of the risk management committee of Demir Bank. The National Bank also approved Amanat Moldokeeva as chair of the board of directors of Eurasian Savings Bank and Kantemira Chalbaeva as chair of the management board of Capital Bank of Central Asia.
