National Bank fines payment organizations in Bishkek

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic continues to monitor compliance with legislation in the financial sector.

In November 2025, two payment organizations operating in Bishkek were fined a total of 220,000 KGS for violating the requirements of the National Bank's legislation and regulations.

The bank noted that such measures are aimed at increasing the transparency of financial institutions and protecting the interests of customers, as well as contributing to strengthening confidence in the country's payment system.
