07/14/2025, 11:09The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic imposed sanctions on a number of currency exchange offices in the city of Osh for non-compliance with the requirements of the law and internal regulations of the regulator.
In particular, the Osh Regional Administration of the National Bank imposed fines of 55,000 KGS on two exchange offices. The sanctions were imposed due to violations identified in the course of their activities related to non-compliance with regulatory standards.
In addition, the license of the exchange bureau Kapital Nur, registered at 582 Lenin Street, Osh, has been temporarily suspended. The restriction comes into force on July 12 and will remain in effect until July 26, 2025, inclusive. The National Bank reminds that compliance with financial legislation is a mandatory condition for conducting activities in the currency market.
