On May 22, 2025, the regulator approved the appointment of Albina Asanalieva as deputy chief accountant of FINKA Bank CJSC. The candidate was nominated by the bank itself.
On the same day, the National Bank approved the appointment of Lada Dzhantaevna as an independent member of the board of directors and chair of the risk committee of Dos-Kredobank OJSC. The decision was made based on a recommendation from the bank.
The approval of such appointments is within the powers of the National Bank and is aimed at ensuring the transparency and stability of the country's banking system.
