The National Bank has issued licences for the establishment of three new commercial banks

The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has issued licences to establish Alma Finance Bank CJSC, Muras Bank CJSC and Asman Bank CJSC. The regulator informed the Akchabar editorial office of this decision.

The National Bank reminded that, in accordance with banking legislation and regulatory acts, after receiving a licence, the founders have no more than six months to form the authorised capital and carry out the preparatory measures necessary to start operations. Upon completion of this stage and fulfilment of all requirements, the founders submit an application for a banking licence.

‘The founders of Alma Finance Bank CJSC and Muras Bank CJSC are already taking the necessary steps to apply for a banking licence,’ the National Bank said.

At the same time, the application of the founder of Asman Bank CJSC for a licence has already been submitted and is currently being reviewed in accordance with the established procedure.
