09/02/2025, 12:04Altynbek Rysbekov has been appointed Deputy Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic. The relevant order was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliyev, in accordance with Article 18 of the Constitutional Law ‘On the Cabinet of Ministers’.
Prior to his appointment, Rysbekov held the position of Director General of OJSC ‘NESK’ under the Ministry of Energy. His experience in managing an energy company is considered important for the further development of the industry.
The position of Deputy Minister of Energy was previously held by Nurlan Sadykov, who was relieved of his duties at his own request.
