A branch of the Russian migration centre ‘Sakharovo’ will be opened in Osh

It is planned to open a branch of the Russian multifunctional migration centre ‘Sakharovo’ in Osh. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Labour, Social Security and Migration Bakyt Darmankul uulu at a joint meeting of the parliamentary faction ‘Alliance’ and the parliamentary group ‘Eldik’ on 31 January.

According to the deputy minister, the project is financed by the Russian side. A suitable building has already been found for the centre, and a proposal for its use has been sent to Russia. The issue is at the stage of coordination, and a decision is expected soon. The centre is scheduled to open this year.

The Sakharovo Migration Centre will help Kyrgyz citizens to simplify procedures related to migration and employment in Russia.
