11/02/2025, 15:06As part of the cooperation with Kyrgyztransneftegaz, an oil refinery is being built in the Kadamzhai district. Initially, the launch was planned for August 2025, but the deadline may be postponed to the first quarter of 2026.
The project envisages processing up to 500 tons of oil per day. This will reduce the country's dependence on imported oil products and create new jobs. Preparatory and engineering work has already been completed at the site.
In addition, energy companies have prepared 22 wells for operation, conducted geophysical surveys, and built new substations to supply energy to future industrial facilities.
