NESK increased its authorised capital by 7.69 billion KGS

At the close of trading on 29 June 2026, the total trading volume on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange stood at 7.69 billion KGS. Virtually the entire volume was attributable to the placement of shares in OJSC ‘National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan’ (NESK), which was aimed at increasing the company’s authorised capital.

A single transaction involving NESK shares was concluded, amounting to 7.69 billion KGS. As part of this, 4.64 billion ordinary shares were placed at a price of 1.65491 KGS per share.

Thus, it was NESK shares that became the main instrument of trading for the day and accounted for the bulk of transactions on the exchange. The transaction took place on the primary market, whilst trading volume on the secondary market amounted to just 9.3 thousand KGS.

All transactions took place in the exchange’s listed sector. There was no activity in the unlisted sector.
