08/12/2025, 10:34An extraordinary meeting of shareholders of Domostroitel OJSC (Ak-Suu village, Promzone) on 6 August 2025 decided to voluntarily liquidate the company. This was reported on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange website.
The decision was voted for by the owners of 92.15% of the voting shares. This was also published in the Erkin-Too newspaper No. 60 on 12 August.
The composition of the counting commission was approved with the participation of representatives of the independent registrar, Depo-Register, LTD, and the company.
Belkova V.V. was appointed as the liquidator and instructed to notify the registering authority of the liquidation of the enterprise.
