Eurasian Savings Bank OJSC approved a new external auditor

On December 10, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Eurasian Savings Bank OJSC was held in Bishkek. The meeting was held in person, with a quorum of 72.59%, which ensured its validity.

During the meeting, the shareholders approved the composition of the counting commission. It will be responsible for counting votes and ensuring the correct recording of voting results at future meetings.

In addition, the shareholders approved Kyrgyzaudit CJSC as the external auditor of Eurasian Savings Bank OJSC for the results of its activities in 2025.

The amount of the auditor's remuneration was also agreed upon, but the specific amount was not disclosed.
