02/15/2026, 17:04Media Forum OJSC has disclosed information on the payment of income on securities for 2025. According to the report, dividends were accrued to 156 shareholders in the amount of 2 million 108.2 thousand KGS.
In fact, only four shareholders received payments, totaling 1,875,300 KGS.
At the same time, 152 shareholders did not receive dividends. The unpaid amount was 232,938.17 KGS, relating to 2,627 securities.
The company cited the shareholders' failure to appear as the reason for the non-payment.
Thus, the bulk of the dividends was paid to a limited number of shareholders, while the majority of shareholders have not yet exercised their right to receive income.
