03/09/2026, 17:58OJSC “Microfinance Company ABN” announced the redemption of registered interest-bearing bonds of the fourth tranche of the fourth issue. The decision is related to the end of their circulation period.
The redemption of securities and payment of income for the twelfth and final interest period will begin on March 15, 2026. These are bonds with the state registration number KG 0204211518, registered on January 11, 2023. The nominal value of one bond is 5,000 KGS, and the term of circulation is 36 months (from March 15, 2023, to March 15, 2026).
A total of 5,000 bonds were placed, of which 60 were previously repurchased by the company under a put option. Thus, at the end of the circulation period, 4,940 bonds are subject to redemption. The yield on them is 19% per bond.
The list of bondholders entitled to receive interest income will be formed on March 12, 2026. Payments to securities holders will be made in cash by transferring funds to a bank account at the owner's request or at the company's office in Bishkek at 136 Yusup Abdrakhmanov Street.
