O!Bank sold another property — the premises of the O!Bank – Kench branch

O!Bank has sold another property—the premises of its Kench branch in Bishkek. Information about the transaction was confirmed by Akchabar at the bank.

The contract for the sale of non-residential premises located at 211 Toktogul Street was signed on November 28. The buyers were Kanat Akmatov and Pakhtbay Tukhtumpayev.

The cost of the property under the deal has not been disclosed.

The sale of the Kench branch was another step by the bank to update and optimize its infrastructure. This is already the bank's second major deal this fall. Earlier, on October 22, O! Bank sold its head office, located at 390 Frunze Street. The buyer was Milan Group of Companies LLC, and the transaction was completed in installments.

As explained by the financial institution, the reasons for the sale are related to the fact that the old building no longer meets the requirements of O!Bank.
